Dennis Tierney is a chef for whom adventure is a word with many meanings. He always seeks out novel and exciting tastes to entertain the palette, but he is also a true explorer even outside of the kitchen. Dennis’ cuisine has been built and shaped from his experiences and adventures. Which include growing up on a semi self-sufficient farm with a French mother and an Australian father, travelling around the world from a young age, adventures of Lord Howe Island and working on the super yachts in the Mediterranean.
